- Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information when you interact with us:
- Identifying Information: This may include information such as your name, email address, cell number, and driving exceptions. This information is provided to us through PC’s integration with Geotab and is collected through the Geotab GO device located in the vehicle and its registration within Geotab’s database and when the driver sets up their profile.
- Vehicular Device Information: The customer “company” utilizes Geotab GO devices in their vehicles. These devices collect information as it relates to driving behavior. The company defines certain driving behavior that is concerning to the company (“exceptions”) for the safety of its drivers, i.e. hard braking, speeding, seatbelt usage.
- How We Use the Information
- Determining Detrimental Driving Behavior: The company, and identifying information are the only data provided to PC.
- Assigning Training: Based on the exceptions received we will assign training to the driver of the vehicle.

You have certain rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Access: You can request access to your personal information that we collect.
- Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of your personal information if it is inaccurate.
- Right to Erasure: Under certain conditions, you can request the deletion of your personal information.
